Now that I’m back from Tennessee, it’s time for some serious dedication.
1. My appearance.
A.) wash my face daily. B.) Daily Ab workout.
2. My flexibility.
3. My tumbling.
Every chance I get to be in the gym, work hard on all of my tumbling. And finally get my tumbling back.
I also want to be more confident in myself. So, here we go.
When I’m competing I literally go into a trance. I see noone. Hear noone. Its just like looking inward into your mind and easily moving from one move to the next. sliding through transitions breaking out in huge smiles as you fly through the air. Its the biggest rush I can’t even describe it.
